Platinum Care Elite Service
Agreement: (Same Day)
4
hour SAME Day, on-site support is provided 24 hours a day seven days a
week 365 days a year. Unlimited telephone call back support is also
provided through the Technical Support Center during the business hours of
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET. This service includes
parts, labor and travel charges.
Platinum Care Plus Service Agreement: (Same Day)
8 hour SAME Day, on-site
support is provided 24 hours a day seven days a week 365 days a year.
Unlimited telephone support is also provided through the Technical
Support Center during the business hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00
a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET, This service includes parts, labor and travel
charges.

Platinum Care Standard Service Agreement: (Next Day)
Next business day, on-site support is provided during the business hours
of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Unlimited telephone
call back support is also provided through the Technical Support Center
during the business hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00
p.m. ET, excluding holidays observed by DEKA. This service includes
parts, labor and travel charges.
Platinum Care Advantage Volume Service Agreement:
On-site support is provided once a week on a pre set day during the
business hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Unlimited telephone call back support is also provided through the
Technical Support Center during the business hours of Monday through
Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET, excluding holidays observed by DEKA.
This service includes parts, labor and travel charges.

Platinum Care Depot Service:
Return to DEKA for repair. All repairs are quoted before work is
started. Shipping billed one way. Most repairs are completed in one
week.
Platinum Care Time and Material Service:
Costs are quoted on request. Travel charges will apply. Two-three day
response time for all T&M service requests.
